Its purpose is to help users navigate the rules adopted in the country at the end of 2025, which establish restrictions both prior to appointment and after leaving public service.

The platform features dedicated sections for different categories of users – public officials and civil servants, public institutions, and the private sector – allowing for consideration of the specific application of restrictions to each group.

The website also provides explanatory materials on the new rules, practical guidance and checklists, as well as an overview of typical legal “blind spots” arising in the application of the new requirements.

An additional practical tool is an interactive assessment service, enabling users to determine whether the restrictions apply to them, calculate applicable timeframes, and assess risk levels and related obligations.

The launch of the portal was announced by the Secretary General of the National Integrity Agency of Romania (NIA) in November 2025. As reported, the platform has already attracted several thousand users, although it is still in the beta testing phase and may contain technical and content-related limitations.
